Isolation Adventures
Hello everyone,
Adjusting to this new normal has been relatively difficult. With multiple power outages in the past week and less-than-ideal wifi, it sometimes feels like the world is conspiring to prevent me from accessing my zoom calls and other class content. For my first week home, I was coping with the isolation by exercising. Unfortunately, I am bad enough at walking that I managed to injure my ankle by tripping over air. So one hospital visit later and I am even more restricted, and I will probably be on crutches for at least a few weeks. It's not all bad, though, as I am able to spend much more time than usual with my dogs, snake, and cat. I'm pretty sure my cat, Goya, is already tired of me though.
I hope everyone is able to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times.
